These Terms apply to coaching services provided by Lauren Dorling trading as Lauren Dorling Fitness.

Contact: [email protected]

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing coaching services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Coach / we / us: Lauren Dorling trading as Lauren Dorling Fitness.

• Services: Online fitness coaching as described in Section 2.

• The Plan: The coaching plan/offer you selected, as described on the checkout/offer page.

• Platform: Trainerize and other tools we use to deliver the Services (e.g. email, messaging, and video calls, where included in your Plan).

• Billing Date: The date your subscription renews each month.

• Initial Term: The minimum commitment period (see Section 4).

2. The Services (what you are actually buying)

We provide online fitness coaching. Depending on your Plan, this may include:

• Exercise programming (workouts, progressions, technique guidance)

• Nutritional guidance (education, targets, habits, accountability)

• Lifestyle coaching (sleep, stress, routines)

• Check-ins and messaging support via the Platform

• Scheduled calls (only if included in your Plan)

Nutrition guidance is educational and supportive, and does not replace advice from a registered dietitian or clinician.

Plan deliverables

Your included deliverables (such as check-in frequency and any scheduled calls) are set out on the Plan/checkout page at the time of purchase.

• Response time target: 24–48 hours, excluding weekends/bank holidays

No medical advice

We are not a medical provider. Nothing in the Services is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have symptoms, injuries, or medical concerns, you must consult a qualified clinician before acting on guidance.

3. Eligibility and health confirmation

By joining, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You will provide accurate and complete health, injury, and training information.

• You will seek medical clearance before starting or changing exercise/nutrition if you have any condition that may be affected, or if you are pregnant (or think you may be pregnant).

• You will stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, unusual shortness of breath, severe pain, or anything that concerns you.

• You understand you are responsible for training within your capabilities and for informing us promptly if your health or circumstances change.

4. Term and renewal

Initial Term: A minimum commitment of three (3) months starting from the date you purchase/activate the Services, unless your checkout/offer page states otherwise.

Automatic renewal: After the Initial Term, the Services continue on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically on your Billing Date unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

5. Fees, billing, and failed payments

Billing: Payments are collected via recurring monthly billing (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Your payment will be taken on your Billing Date each month.

Price changes: If pricing changes after the Initial Term, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may reattempt collection. Until payment is made, we may pause access and/or coaching support through the Platform. Continued non-payment may result in termination under Section 10.

Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated on the checkout/offer page.

6. Consumer cancellation – where applicable

If you are a consumer purchasing online/at a distance, you may have a 14-day right to cancel from the day the contract is entered into, subject to local rules and exceptions.

Starting services within the 14-day period:

If you ask us to start providing the Services during the 14-day cancellation period (for example, you request immediate access to coaching/programming), and you cancel within 14 days, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the Services provided up to the point of cancellation.

Digital content (where supplied)

Where we supply digital content (such as programmes/resources) during the 14-day period, you may lose your right to cancel only if you have given express consent ****to immediate supply and acknowledged that this affects your cancellation rights.

7. Cancellation after the Initial Term

• When you can cancel: You may cancel once the Initial Term has been completed.

• Notice: Must be given at least 30 days before your next Billing Date.

• How to cancel: Email: [email protected] with subject “Cancellation”, or Submit a cancellation request inside the Platform.

• Confirmation: Your cancellation is only confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing.

• Effective date / final billing: If your cancellation request is received less than 30 days before your next Billing Date, one final payment may be taken, and coaching will continue until the end of that paid period.

No refunds for non-usage: Not using the Platform, skipping workouts, or not booking calls does not pause billing or create a refund entitlement. You are paying for ongoing access, programming, support capacity, and time allocation.

8. Communication boundaries

• Primary communication: Coaching support and updates are provided via the Platform.

• Social DMs (Instagram/WhatsApp/etc.) are not guaranteed to be monitored for coaching support and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive issues.

• Response time: We aim to respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This is a target and may vary occasionally.

Urgent matters: If you have an urgent health concern or symptoms (e.g. chest pain, dizziness, fainting), seek appropriate medical assistance immediately. Coaching support is not an emergency service.

9. Results disclaimer

Progress depends on many factors (including consistency, sleep, stress, adherence, health, and lifestyle). Results also depend on the accuracy of the information you provide and your participation in the coaching process.

We do not guarantee specific results or timeframes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Termination by the Coach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services with immediate effect if:

• You behave abusively, harass members of the team, or act in a threatening manner

• You materially breach these Terms (e.g., sharing materials, reselling content or account access)

• You fail to pay after reasonable attempts to collect payment and/or resolve the issue.

• We reasonably believe continued coaching would be unsafe or inappropriate (for example, due to undisclosed medical risks, repeated refusal to follow safety guidance, or serious risk of harm).

Where termination occurs for breach, we are not required to provide refunds for the period already billed, except where required by non-excludable consumer rights.

11. Risk acknowledgement and liability

Exercise risk:

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks (including injury). You agree to follow instructions, train within your capabilities, and use safe techniques and appropriate loads. You are responsible for ensuring your training environment and any equipment you use is safe and suitable.

Limitation of liability:

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for claims arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months.

12. Intellectual property

All training plans, templates, educational materials, and resources remain the property of Lauren Dorling Fitness.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only during your active subscription.

You must not:

• Share, resell, publish, or distribute our materials;

• Provide your login to any third party;

• use our programming/materials to coach others or for commercial purposes.

When your subscription ends (or if your access is terminated), your licence ends and we may remove access to all materials. You must delete any copies you have downloaded or saved, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

13. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data (including any health/fitness information you provide) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://laurendorling.fitness/privacy.

14. Marketing, testimonials, and media consent

We will only use your information for marketing in line with our Privacy Policy and your preferences.

Separate permissions:

• Aggregated/anonymised results (e.g. “clients lost X kg collectively”): may be used where individuals cannot be identified. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].

• Identifiable use (name, quotes, photos, videos, progress images, transformation images): requires separate explicit consent (for example, a dedicated consent form or checkbox). You can withdraw consent for future use at any time and this will not affect the coaching Services you receive.

If consent is withdrawn, it will not affect past materials already published where removal is not reasonably practicable, but we will act reasonably and remove/replace where we can.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material (for example, changes to pricing, billing, cancellation terms, or key service terms), we will give you reasonable notice via email and/or the Platform.

Updated Terms will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.

Disputes should be raised first by contacting [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve matters informally. Where required, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
